The rest of the vacation was nice and relaxing. We took it easy on Wednesday and Thursday because we got sick. We did drive up to Mount Shasta which was spectacular. By Friday everybody has recovered and we went on a hike to McCloud Falls. Alex absolutely loved it. We had lots of fun today. We went to Lake Siskiyou which is a man-made lake that dammed the Sacramento River thus creating a reservoir. It had a wonderful beach and relatively shallow swimming area.
